India is facing the problem of improper purification of filthy and garbage waste materials along with atmosphere pollution for the last many years. Same way the people residing in karakkad area of ongallur panchayath in palakkad district of kerala state were facing and suffering many deadly diseases due to the atmosphere pollution caused by highly poisonous gas of dioxin contained in the fumes by burning of plastic materials. There by the inhabitants were affected with cancer and health problems in addition to many other common ailments. During the period of last four years about 40 persons are died due to cancer out of the suffering mass of about 100 persons.

This situation awakened the local health authorities of health department to conduct research and revealed to control and stop the burning of garbage waste of electric wires which caused to pollute the pure atmosphere.

The pollution control board in its report submitted to the sub divisional executive magistrate also stated that many persons are engaged in burning electric wires to extrude copper wires.This illegal activity emits the deadly poisonous gas called dioxin. But the local social evils engaged in the illegal activity obstructed the local employees of health department by force and threatened towards their life. By knowing this attitude of the social evils and culprits certain social lovers and workers voluntarily gathered to take a decision for helping the suffering mass and to assist the govt. machineries engaged to control the problem and to curtail such a menace which should not exist in any place.

There by the gathering of such social and environmental lovers of retired judges, Govt. officials, doctors, persons in various areas planned and decided to organise and register AHR(P)O with registered office at pattambi with an aim to assist for the protection of all the rights of human beings.
